Jacqueline Tarling,
Jacqueline discovered the benefits of modifying diet to improve health symptoms when she visited a Nutritional
Therapist herself a number of years ago. She was so impressed by the results that she decided to retrain as a
Nutritional Therapist.
She has been practising Nutritional Therapy since she graduated with a BSc in Nutritional Medicine from Thames V
alley University. Within her practice she has dealt with a variety of patients with a range of problems including
IBS, digestive disorders, headaches and migraines, stress, weight loss, hormonal imbalances, multiple sclerosis
and skin conditions (such as fungal infections, acne and eczema). She believes that good nutrition is vital to
health and that the benefits of other therapies and treatments can be enhanced by the inclusion of a healthy,
nutritious diet.
As a working mother, she is aware of the pressure of modern life and her aim is to provide realistic and
practical dietary, supplement and testing advice to suit individual lifestyle and budget.
As part of ongoing and professional development, Jacqueline regularly attends Continual Professional
