What is it?

Counselling is a process that allows us time and space to talk through difficult issue with the support of a trained therapist. Stressful events in the past or in the present can leave us feeling angry, anxious or distressed

What is said in the counselling room remain confidential.

Counsellors help you tell your story, to explore how you fell about a situation. This will enable you to understand yourself and your life better. You may then choose to make changes in your life through action.
