You are the key to your own good health so here at Salus we want to support you in that process. Our blog is aiming to provide, and point you in the direction of, new thinking and indeed the old and trusted thoughts to good health and the maintenance of it. With the ease of access to a plethora of information today it is quite often difficult to know what is the best way forward. For example, we have heard from some many fronts how important it is to drink plenty, in the region of 2 litres of water, but then within the last week we see a really interesting Panorama about over hydration and the danger of it. All the more reason to pay attention to and understand your own body and its needs. We will bring you articles and links and our own experiences for your consideration so that educated decisions can be made about how you look after yourself. Good health is not just about not being ill, but about reaching and maintaining optimum physical, mental and spiritual health. They are all intertwined and cannot be viewed in isolation. It is not selfish to pay attention to yourself. The more you put in, the more you'll get out! Quoting a little note my niece left for me the other day "Love your house and everything in it Love your work and what you do Love your life..... and life will love you!"
